So I’ve away from the track and any other type of exercise for about a month for too many reasons (or excuses) that I’m not gonna post here. I’m not really proud of it but I’m not gonna start felling guilty for what I haven’t done, but I will start today to get back in track :). I haven’t been eating too healthy but I’ve been watching my calorie intake, so not everything is lost <3. It’s the beginning of a new semester and the beginning of my new training. Hopefully I’ll be having more time to workout since this semester I’m just taking one class. I’d love to take the 3rd and 4th part of Portuguese but I have to talk to the professor first to see if she’d let me be in her class (I really hope so)… So it would be: work, Probability, (maybe) Portuguese and I still have to do some math exercise that keep haunting me! LOL. But I hope I’ll finish them before the semester start, that is I’ll be doing them what’s left of this week and next week; and hopefully finish them before starting the semester :).
And now just two little things that sometimes kept me from working out:
- Waiting for someone else to work out with me.
- Working out in the afternoon. I think it’s easier to exercise first thing in the morning because during the day, many things happens and you end up tired/hungry or with tons of things to do and decide to skip for one day. But then the same thing happens the day after that, so I’ll try to go running first thing in the morning even if it’s hard to leave the bed in the mornings.
Went for a 11:00pm run around my house. I’m crazy I know lol. Oh well, wasn’t as good as I expected…
Firstly, I haven’t work out for about a week and a half so I couldn’t mantain my pace.
Secondly there was this truck that I could swear that I saw like 4 times, but idk maybe it’s just me being paranoid as always…
Anyway, I’m happy, I really needed this :-)
